Anacapa Music Productions offers a unique perspective to the Santa Barbara music community. Bringing years of music production experience we work to produce songs and to craft a listening experience that is unique and rich.
Since relocating to Los Angeles in 1993 and Santa Barbara in 2011, I have been recording and producing music with some of the most talented and successful artists. I understand the need for a personal relationship and a clear understanding of my client’s music and goals. At Anacapa, I seek to establish a rapport with my clients during music production in order to deliver the best final product. I believe my experience and commitment sets me apart and is what ultimately make your music stand out and succeed.

Anacapa’s Music Production approach is to bring high quality and creative production skills to you in a time frame that will meet your goals. Our studio rate is affordably priced. This includes my time as your Recording Engineer and Music Producer. In addition, Anacapa Music Productions is connected through its sister company Malibu Sound Music Productions (www.malibusound.com), to Los Angeles’s unlimited resources of brilliant Studio Musicians, Music Studios, Recording Equipment, etc.

Sebastian Haimerl Anacapa Music Production’s founder, Sebastian Haimerl, brings a strong performing legacy as a drummer to his expertise as a music producer, certified recording engineer and sound mixer. Since moving to southern California, he has focused on superb and affordable music production and recording projects—staying current with all the latest digital and traditional analog technologies. As member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Science, Inc., Producers & Engineers Wing Los Angeles and ASCAP, Sebastian has shaped Anacapa Music and Malibu Sound into fully featured music production companies.
